Good I was thinking how you can get white tooth Quick and simple. My teeth are sorta yellow. I brush my teeth everyday in the morning. But In my experience toothpaste does not work. I use colgate whitening. But don´t be so happy or get victorius I think it will not help you at all. It doesn’t even give me fresh breath. What can i do to get white teeth besides going to the doctor and getting them white?

 

the whitening toothpastes don’t do very much in my experience! I have been using them for forever and haven’t seen any results. The thing that finally did work for me, however, was a product called Nutrabrite which you can order online. I think they’re still giving away free trials if you hurry. It is the same strength stuff as they use at the dentist so I guess that is why it is so successful!

 

A very effective- and very inexpensive way to whiten, is to mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide (the active ingredient in most commercial whiteners), to 2 parts of your favorite mouthwash. Before you brush your teeth- swish this mixture in your mouth for about 30 seconds. It will bubble just a bit (lifting the stains).You’ll see some results after just once or twice, and within a two weeks you’ll see more whitening than anything you can buy over the counter.

 

There is another way that you can whiten your teeth. I use colgate whitening or macleans white and shine toothpaste and a colgate brush with the bristles mostly the same length, no rubber bits or anything. Every day morning, afternoon and at night before bed clean them thouroughly and to check youve done them properly run your tongue over your teeth and they should feel shiny and polished. Check your thooth in the mirror or a doctor to see if there is any plaque or any other problem in the gumline and clean it up. This method is what I use to get your tooth really white and naturally: scrub round and round in circles with plenty of tootpaste on each section for 20 seconds or more once a day, every day, for a week.
